Gunther Erhart

Gunther Erhart was born in Bozen, South Tyrol. He comes from an old Tyrolean family, which has produced important artists in the field of sculpture.

From his youth, Mr. Erhart has traveled to many countries in Europa, Asia, Africa and North and South America. He devoted himself to the study of folklore, architecture and archeology, where he acquired great knowledge. Later he worked with renowned architects in Milan and in America in the field of interior design.

He also acquired a great knowledge of antiques and international folk art. In addition he is a friend of renowned South Tyrolean artists and for a number of years directed the Meraner Museum and the Prince's Castle.
